Account In Arrears Due Date Change

Good day, I've now been told that I've been handed over I don't understand why as I've been making payments every month, this has happened because my payment date changed and I went into arrears but I've been paying R5000 a month trying to bring this down and my arrears should now be R9000, I think this is a huge improvement I did lose my job but I've managed to keep payments, I could understand if I was not making payments but if this how you treat customers instead of helping then I'm truly sorry, I was told that my account would rectified but have had no response I was also told you would listen to the recordings but that never happened, I've been bounced to different agents every time I get a call I've actually lost track of all the agents and I've finally given up, so here's my suggestion add the arrears to my total of R114 627, 95 and re-instate my debit order of R 4000 and this will make everyone's life easier.

Disappointed.
