I am almost at a point of giving up. Who can I speak to regarding this account of mine?
I have asked in 6 emails to please provide me with a settlement amount so that I can see if I can settle it. I have had no response. I am making regular payments but you still don't update my credit profile with "payment received", you keep updating it with 180 arrears.
I have asked about this numerous times with any positive feedback.
I am trying my best to pay the account and / or even settle it but you just keep ignoring me.
If I should stop making payments, maybe then will you attend to this???
