Whats happened to the deposit?

On 07 January 2012 I deposited a cheque my daughter's cheque she received for prizes received from her school at price giving. Account nr 2184018163. When the cheque didn't reflect in her account (not even as uncleared effects) I queried with the Nonesi Mall branch. Telephonically as well as personally (Teller nr 3). I was told there was a mix up with the courier and the deposit would reflect the following day. The following day arrived-nothing. I called again and was told the queried would be followed up on and I would be informed asap. Nothing. Then I called the following day only to be told the query would be once again resolved- I was called-only to be told the deposit would be processed definitely today 11 Jan 2013 and reflect in my daughters account by 12h00pm. Guess what nothing. I demand to know why the deposit has not been processed to reflect in my daughters account. Surely after 5 days there is clearly a problem. Please assist with this terrible service, come on what's going on?
