The people at the offoce is not answering phones

Hi i have applied for this money last year February already and still have not receive any feedback yet.

i keep on phone since last year for my statement and i still haven't received anything.

in January the said i must download my statement from the website i have done that and complete the bank mandate form and post it together with a certified copy of my id and i am struggling since 14 January to get a hold of this people, i have sent them numerous emails but no one is ever coming back to a person.

can someone please help and advise what to do as this is my own money that the have robbed me of all these years, and i dont think i can stay out of my work to go to their offices whereas they can just answer their phones and give me the requirde info over the phon.
