I resigned from my previous company on 30 September 2012. The company sent the Provident Fund withdrawal forms to Mibco in January 2013.
Mibco sent an sms on 28 January 2013 requesting that I send certified ID copy and original bank statement by post which I did on 8 February 2013.
I then received another sms from them requesting that I send the bank statement, I called Mibco immediately and they claim that they only received the ID copy to which i replied "How is it possible that you would only received 1 document whereas I sent all documents in the same envelope? "
I resent the bank statement on 18 February and yet i received another sms on 6 March 2013 that they are still awaiting my statement.
Im very disappointed in how Mibco handled this matter, they lose my documents and have the nerve to tell me that i didnt send them, why would I send incomplete documents whereas I want my money to be paid out.
I hope this matter will be sorted out, I am tired of always following up with them and have to go to the bank all the time to retrieve the statement because of their incompetence
