DISGUSTING SERVICE

My dad sent in his application forms over 2 years ago and still he has not received a statement or payment. I went in to the offices on Anderson Street and was told that he will receive his statement in January. I called their sorry excuse for a call centre on numerous occations and each time i was told a different story. Its March now and he still hasnt received anything. This is truelly pathetic service to say the least. Do they expect these men to beg for money that is RIGHTFULLY THEIRS???
