Eager to take my money but now they have no answe

I applied for my MIBFA insurance money to be paid out as I lost my job. When I applied (17 September 2013) they said it will take 3 months for the money to be paid out 17 December 2013 it was 3 months when I phoned them (DINGO 011-870 2477) yesterday 06 January 2014 they informed me that nothing has been done and I must wait. People that used to work with me that applied on the same day as me already received their payment. No one at the MIBFA office can tell me what's happening on my account. They are fast to take your money but when the time come to pay out they don't assist you.
