Dont do their work properly and dont answer phones

January 2011 I applied for my ID Book as mine was, I am still waiting for it. I have been to the home affairs last year 3 times to renew my temporary ID. And when I try to call the offices nobody answers the phone. When I look at my ID status on the internet still showing 1 of 4.
I dont always have money to ride up and down to home affairs.
