% Interest Call Center & Application Different

I called the call center on Fri 15th who provided 15% over 24 months and or 15.5% over 36 months. I went to Carlsworld Branch who used my id number to pick the application I made, all forms were printed out and I signed the documents. I then reviewed the completed application at home and noticed the application shows 16.5% over 36 months. Please correct the percentage % difference by listen to the recording of this reference number. Why does the call center say one thing and the application % differs.
