Good day - I was called by the call centre agent and sold the policy that would keep my vehicle in tip top shape. I was told that stone chips, and windscreens cracks that fall with the size category stipulated on an indicator chart that will follow in the mail. Repairs that fall within this repair catrgory may be claimed for. I was also advised that i could claim as often as once a month for minor repairs. I did exactly this and placed the indicator chart which is approximately 20 centimeters by 15 centimeters next to the damaged area on the bumper and windscreen, photographed same and sent it off to the number provided. I was then told that the claim could not be settled (both bumper and windscreen) as these repairs had to be conducted by a autobody shop. I drive a 1 year old vehicle and these stone chips / windscreen crack cannot even be seen which is exactly what the policy covers. they refused to repair both the bumper and windscreen point blank. I know i was cheated and now request a full refund for the three months that the Unlimited debited my account.
