When i took out the policy from The Unlimited to repair minor damages to my vehicle at a monthly charge of R140. The lady i dealt with advised that part of the deal would be at the time of repair a valet and courtesy vacuum and wash. Also that they would come to a place that is convenient for me and repairs could be done at a shopping mall near my work address as our parking is access controlled and unauthorised persons are not allowed.
When i requested repairs i was however informed that the repairs cannot be done at the shopping mail. And also there is no valet included in the package. Auto care shrugged their shoulders because they are only the service provider and The Unlimited created the expectation. This i understand, The Unlimited to me when they pitched the product.
I had to take leave in order to get the benefit of this product. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth and i am telling everybody about them and their false advertising ploy.
