About two weeks ago I had to take my car in for it service at Hyundai Roodepoort. I received a phone call from Starbreaks as they wanted consent to do repairs to my Windscreen. I gave the go a head upon collecting my car i was not happy with the service i had received as rezin was left on my windshield. I drove my car to work that week Wednesday to Friday and then left my car at my Fiance's house over the weekend. Monday afternoon when i left work i realised my windscreen had cracked from the place where a repair was done. Starbreaks has till today not supplied me with the paperwork which i have requested twice from them for where the repairs to my vehicle was done. The reason being is that this is a repair they should not have done, no other windscreen repair company would have attempted to do this repair. They then told me i am lying and had this repaired somewhere else after their repairs. I have been treated badly and unfairly by them if i look at what the consumer act says. Please do not fall for there Guarantee as this Guarantee is just one where they would refund your money should there repairs crack so this would cost you dearly.
