Can someone please advise my outstanding balance!

I am currently under debt review but I have received some funds and would like to pay my Virgin account off. The only problem is nobody can tell me how much the balance is. I have not received a statement in months. I phoned the Virgin Call Centre who referred me to the Debt Review Department. The Debt Review department could not help me and referred me to someone else (I think it was Credit Control). The person I spoke to at Credit Control told me quite rudely that he has nothing on his system and i have to go get a statement at ABSA. This after spending the whole afternoon on the phone. So today I go and stand in the line at ABSA information for 50 minutes of my lunchtime only to be told they cant help me and I have to phone the Virgin Call Centre. I am not asking them for the meaning of life here - I just want the outstanding balance! Don't they want me to pay them? Can someone please contact me so that I can pay and close this account?
