Can you please give me a settlement balance. I have logged a call on the 11th of June for settlement balance I have received a response on the 19th with a big apology for late response. I have sent email to Promise to do a settlement again and she has advised me the call has been closed I have to log another call. no I dont have another 7 days to wait I just want to settle this account and get over and done with. Where is customer service at standard bank. Are your system so outdated that a call cannot be opened by same person. Unnecessary complaint because someone doesnt seem to have the care for the customer as they claim to have. Please give a settlement balance. I will put this problem on twitter and facebbok as well just to dent the image of your company. Thanks
