This may appear ridiculous to some, but hey - such is life
So after having been given the run-around, I am resorting to HP. I need to find out, how and why it is that this "Tom-Tom" promotion of yours started the very same month I joined your organisation, but because I phoned looking for insurance I was not offered this? And the only response I get now is "sorry" - Why is that? What makes my situation different only because I did not state the promotion when I called in to arrange my insurance?
