Last year November when I reported the of my car the nightmare started... days with no answer, then a NO due to a technical error on their part which did not make mention of a tracker requirement being compulsory, where on the policy document it clearly states optional... about 2 weeks later and I'm told the claim will be paid since the error is their own accord... posted the documents requested for pay-out... when querying the delay, I was told that the docs were incorrect and that there are additional docs outstanding... waited for the docs to be produced and posted... docs finally confirmed received only to be told that the decision is till pending and that no final decision was made!? What the has your institute been doing since the incident was mentioned? And why have consultants confirmed that it will be paid out and even provided an indication of the applicable rand amount? It seems to me that the institute is looking for an excuse... convenient to take a client's money for cover which you have to fight for to receive... every response I had to call for in order to beg for communication - which was ignored in many instances. Extremely unprofessional
