Non payment of third party claim - no feedback

I was involved in an accident on 16/02/2012 i did a third party claim with Hollard i have emailed all relevant docs fotos, police accident report, assessors report & cost but to date have not been settled.
it shows on the police accident report as well as pics that the insured (client) person was clearly at fault. when i submitted a claim i was told that their client had to be settled first before third party can be settled, i waited..finally i got a call on the 01 oct 2012, and was told that hollard is going to settle, but to date 25/01/2013, their is no signs of settlement and i am given the run around everytime i phone i am told they didnt recieve the docs that i send through or they are waiting for accident reports or any excuse that they can find, when i confirm email dates and times then only do they find the docs and tell me they going to sort out, but their is no communication whatsoever, i hv to phone and follow up constantly, and forever Boniwe is out or on leave or day off or sick,

their client has comprehensive cover and if its the clients fault why is third party not being paid,

i personally will never use hollard and will let people know hw bad their service is.
