I swipe my card as normal at Jets in Dec 2012 oblivious that the amount did not go through so Sat Feb 15th I get a sms stating that this amount has been taken off immediately 2 months later!!! so I called the call centre and advise that yes the payment never went through in Dec so they took it now. Firstly no one called me to tell me there was an error and that they would debit now and secondly no authorisation or arrangement was made.
So they advise me that the collection department would call me to arrange the reverse of that payment. I get a voicemail message and the consultant spoke to fast i couldnt hear one word she was saying so I did a follow up call today and spoke to collection 18 Feb to check and the consultant tells me they can't see anything I must go to the branch, what the are you people doing there. I want a call urgently to resolve this!!!
