Standard Bank, please listen to me carefully: I AM UNDER DEBT REVIEW!!! I can not recall being informed by the debt counselors that my accounts are no longer under review, as claimed by you. You removed it - but they must inform me? Last year, I took you to the Banking Ombudsman of SA - now you start again? The one account that was never placed under review, are apparently now the only account, according to you, that is still under review. Why would an account on which I pay almost a R1000-00pm more than I should, be under debt review?!?!?! Please do not call me, I am not interested in speaking to anyone from your bank, as your calls only seems to be recorded when it suits you and "we never said that" is becoming a standard line. Any response to this must please be done in writing, via email so that both of us can have the conversation on record.
