Incompetent Call centre agents

I am starting to look around to buy some property and would like to know how much I qualify for. Your website indicates I must fill in an application and you'll call me back. Your call center agents who apparently are only allowed to say "I don't know". You are wasting my time. You are really loosing it and I am thinking about moving all my current and future business to another bank. USELESS USELESS USELESS!! @!
