If standard bank looks at my profile to see the amount of complaints in log about them its shocking
There is a stop payment going off my account which i want to be cancelled. I have called the useless incompetent call center twice using up all my airtime to no joy, after 10 minutes on the call the agents says he cannot hear me and doesn't have the decency of calling me up.
I want a full 3 months credit on the subscription i a am paying on this useless account and i want my stop order cancelled asap! highly frustrated
