Standards bank call centre is the most incompetent call centre and useless call centre i have ever come across, you receive different advise from all their agents some of them don't even know what they talking about. you are always send from pillar to post with the most simplest things in the world. Their home loans division is useless.
Why are we still forced to use old technology of faxes, faxes are no longer relevant please move with the times. Their system you never know if your documents are received or not, there is no acknowledgement of receipt of documents or queries made. i dont even want to talk about their turn around time, if you dont follow up they never come back to you.
