No feedback, no service, didnt do their jo

I sent a message to secubond before putting in an offer on a new house. They gave me an amount that i should qualify for that was well above the amount we needed. Before the official application i got lots of feedback and everything was great. After the application i heard nothing!!! After sending 4 emails with no response i phoned to see what was happening. I was told that the applications had yet to be submitted (friday). When i called on the monday i was told that my application had been declined by all the banks and rushed off the phone, no explanation, not willing to talk to me. Also why did no one call me to tell me this? Or at least mail me?!?!?!

I then called family of mine who work at the bank and had them check the reason. There was no application at all!!! I then applied myself and got approval from my bank and from SA homeloans in the space of a few days! I even got a prime less rate!!!

Useless, useless, useless!!! Avoid like the plague!!! Their time wasting, lack of communication and failure to even apply for your bond could mean you dont get a bond on time to satisfy your OTP conditions.
