We contacted them on June 10, He told me to fill out the forms on his website, and then to then email them.
Emailed forms on June 10 1:58pm.By 3:30pm he replied email back, with the invoice for his "services" as well as this message "We have processed the application and will keep you informed. Attached our invoice."
Emailed June 11 3:34pm I sent him proof of payment in an email. Which was paid into his account immediately at 1:23pm.
Was not kept informed
Emailed him on June 27th, to find out if ANY process had been made with this application. I received no response.
Waited 15 working days
Called him 2 July - He proceeded to say "that it hasn't gone out as yet." We replied with that we wanted a refund, it has been more than 15 working days. He then changed everything and told us that someone else has been handling it and he'll need to check what's happened. We asked why he had not replied back to the email. He then asked when I had sent the email and told me he did infact reply. I know that emails aren't that unreliable.
Dishonest company... do NOT deal with them...
