Hi, i have been trying to send emails to [Email Removed] since August, never received any response until yesterday Dec 02 2013. and the email came from Emily Wideman - Reference [53153641] saying the policy has lapsed and the dates given on the email dont correspond with with the dates on the forms. i then called in and spoke to Tshepiso Rantsie (call ref:53207655), she told me there's been a discrepancy and therefore she cannot give me details then. this morning 03.12.13 was trying to email more info but the emails are bouncing back.
Can i please have a single person whom i can email direct that can assist me promptly, these group emails are not functioning properly and they consume a lot of time.
