No response even after 3 promises to respond

I emailed [Email Removed] on 11Dec2012 to contact me regarding junk mail they send me every month and to remove me from their mailing list. I initially tried calling but after being on hold for 15mins tried the email route.

I got an auto reply that they'll contact me within 3 days. After 8 days I got this email:
"Please accept our apology for the delay in responding to your email.
Your email has been directed to the Personal loans department, Direct Axis for further assistance."

Needless to say I heard nothing from them again! After 2 weeks I emailed them again and got this reply:
"Thank you for your correspondence. One of our consultants will be in contact with you within the next 24 working hours, either via email, SMS or telephone."

AGAIN NOTHING! Another email to them with the same response a week later. STILL NOT NOTHING FROM WESBANK!!!

PLEASE CAN WESBANK GET BACK TO ME!!!
