I entred my details some time October last year looking for a cheaper insurance quote. I received a call back from someone in the call centre, who quoted me R1540 something, R300.00 more than what I was currently paying. I told the consultant that this was too high, and she gave me some story of how they would be loading the tracker system, blah blah. I asked her to call a manager to check of we could have the premium lowered. Said she'll call back, quess what? Never heard from her again! I then called the call centre again in November and spoke to a consultant by the name of Charlene, who advised that without doing anything I at that point would qualify for a minumum cash back of R600.00 and a maximum of R1250.00 if I completed whatever I need to, hence I would be paying a premium of R940 in effect. My petrol spend in December was close to R3000.00 due to us being on holiday and what a freaking nightmare to find a BP garage!
Come January I get a measly payout of R80.00@! @!! I called the call centre and am then given the process to follow. The biggest joke is that they cannot find the call between myself and Charlene!! How convenient!!!
