I spoke to Lee this morning from Premier banking who advises me that my recall
Will not be successful as they have declined it as there are insufficient funds
Percy from premier banking advised me last week that my recall will be processed
And the fundss will be available in my account but cannot give me a TAT as the admin department
Can't issue one he was told to check the account everyday...
I am now furious with the service received and the incompetence of staff working in your premier suite
I want a full on investigation done as Percy advise my money will be in my account last week on my initial call made, then was told it will reflect in my account can't give a TAT now Lee advises I will not be receiving any money... As per consumer protection act FNB has violated the act as the you are liable to perform the services agreed upon. I'm extremely frustrated and annoyed with services received
