Am deeply and utterly dissatisfied with the services rendered by FNB
I called through on Monday the 11/02/20
Spoke to a banker in the premier banking division who advised me my recall was successful and payment will reflect in 3 working days
I've now called today 2 twice speaking to 2 different consultants who have now advised me that they cannot assist requesting that the Percy the consultant I spoke to on Monday will call back
I've called your recall department several times today
I hold on for 30 mins at a time I've dropped the call twice as I've been holding for a long period of time
I am also told I was miss informed by Percy
I expect a speedy response in regards to my query as I am escalating this matter further as I am expecting my funds to be deposited into my account today as promised by Percy!!!
I was promised my funds would be in my account and now I'm told otherwise really disappointed with services
Especially after being push around from pillar to post today
