So much for premier banking

FNB supposedly has Premier banking for those that earn over a certain amount and i think it is to take more money in charges as it definitely isnt for the improved service.

I logged a call from the website querying why after months my personal loans that were settled still appear on my profile when i was told they would be removed after a few days. It took the 'Premier banking" days to reply and when they did they called me Mr Allen and I am Mrs Chapman (scary thought that they cant get your name wrong) I was told they had logged a call with personal loans and I would get feedback by yesterday. Guess what NOTHING. So you cant get my name right or even reply on time and the situation is not resolved. Thanks for nothing Craig Lang "Premier Banking". Think it may be worth getting rid of premier banking and making everyone follow the same route to get help as the service is bad no matter who you contact. You promise lots of frills at FNB yet you have not got basic services right yet
