I have continuously received bad service from FNB (Centurion and Premier Banking) the past month. It is mind boggling that they are running their Operations the way they do!! It does not matter if you escalate the issue, nobody has any sense of urgency to rectify the problem! Guess what... It's still not sorted and they bill you all sorts of services and "conveniently forget to mention it to the client". I'm paying for Premier Banking services!!!
