I called Dial Direct on behalf of my parents for a quote which I received. I gave them all the details as well as my fathers banking details. Now today I want to add another property to the insurance which belongs to my parents and I get told that I cannot do so as I am not the policy holder! I find this absolutely ridiculous! You are more than willing to take MY FATHERS BANKING DETAILS for a policy in MY MOTHERS NAME and now that I want to give you MORE BUSINESS you don't even want to deal with me??? You can now cancel this policy! Like I said, I AM THE ONE WHO CONTACTED YOU and I AM THE ONE WHO TOLD MY PARENTS TO GO WITH YOUR COMPANY but this is now the service I receive!!! Tiaan tells me I need to be a member on the policy??? I don't live there all of which I told the gentleman who gave me the quote - so he should have then automatically made me a member! I will find another service provider who actually wants our money and is willing to work for it!!!
