I was involved in a accident in December 2012, my car was towed by Auto and General to the panel beater. They accepted my claim and since then I have been struggling to get constant feedback from them and panel beater. For me to get feedback i have to call one of the two and it's costing me only to be told that they are waiting for the parts. I think its unacceptable and unfair for me to be without a car for 5 months, and still pay the monthly insurance premium, car instalment and still arrange my own alternative transport. I fail to understand why the repairs are taking so long. If the vehicle was badly damaged why couldn't you just write it off? I sent two complains to Auto and general but it seems as if Im just a nuisance to them. I am unhappy, i am frustrated and unfortunately there's nothing i can do.
