LACK OF COMMUNICATION

My vehicle was towed from Wadeville to Boksburg on Monday 25/11/2013 for repairs. On inspection of my vehicle I found that the Tow Hitch Cover was missing. As I'm insured by Auto & General (policy no. 556406983) who arranged for the vehicle to be towed by CAS Towing. I contacted Auto & General Department and spoke to Thabelo Ramosepele, who's telephones are never answered. Given numbers and direct numbers go unanswered while they 'terrorise' you with horrible music. If they take this long to respond to this 'so-called' 'non-urgent' request, I'd hate to try and claim for an accident!
