My car is insured with Auto and General since October 2010. I got involved in vehicle accident not a big one on the 05 December 2013. It got towed from accident scene to the assesment point and I received a courtesy car on the 07 Decemeber 2013 - all good. My 30 day car hire lapses today and they (budget and auto& general) need their vehicle back today (07 January 2013). 1) No repairs have been done on the car since it was festive period . 2) Shouldn't the insurer have any provisions for such situations cause these people have been away for holidays.
Words cannot explain the inconvinience these people are putting me under.
