We have our 2010 Hyundai i30 1.6 insured by Verseker (The Afrikaans guys) so I listen on the radio the advert of a better premium at Integrisure so I phone them one of the consultant phone me his name is Mark from Integrisure and he give me a better premium at Auto & General so the premium reduce from about R850 pm to R575.28 pm so Yes what a bargain I stop me insurance at Verseker and went straight to Auto & General through Integrisure. The inspection was been done on the 02/08/2013
On 04/09/2013 I have a accident and I phone and report the accident, 1st Auto & General make me out that I on my application and after they listen to the recording they decree to pay the claim, 2de now my premium is up to about R980 and that because I did not have a claim free record but THE Question was ask by Mark if I had any accident in the last 7 years and my answer was No my Husband Yes but myself No So Integrisure gave me a 7 year claim free bonus, and now they Auto & General said that was wrong but I did not have any Claims on my name in the last 10 Years.
