Unprofessional and inconsistant

I had a business bank account which I opened in 2010. I then was away for a few months and in that time there was a new law stating that accounts not used in a period of 3 months shall be closed. I was not informed by FNB and they just closed my account. why was i not notified? secondly I have a family member also in the same boat but was able to open the account immediately where I have to go through the whole shlep of all my documents in order. FNB also states my account was closed in 2006 even though i only opened the account in 2010. come now. I am now sceptical to open a new account with them if they cant even get this right.
