The most unhelpful branch I have been to

I walked into ABSA on Wed this week, sat there for about half an hour when there were two consultants free, no one came and asked what i would like to do or even if i am in the correct place. Eventually i went up to one of the consultants and said i would like to apply for a credit card she instructed me to to have a seat and wait when there were no customers waiting at that time. I finally showed her my documents, before she even had a look at my profile she said my payslip can not be faxed to me and she refused to even check if i qualify. I had been to the other banks later that day and they had no problem with my payslip. She also said that since my proof of residence was on my fathers name we will have to fill out there special declaration which is understandable if my father had not signed a detailed proof of address letter confirming i live with him. She was the most unhelpful person i had come across in customer services. It is just unfair that i had to wait for such unfriendly unhelpful service.
