I went to tygervalley mall to apply for an overdraft on my cheque account. I was told to bring payslip and proof of address. I was sent back and fourth 3 times an by the 3rd attempt I was finally fed up with the FNB puts there customers through. I did everything that was advised by the consultants. I even got the proof of address signed by my work and a seperate letter was provided to the bank as this was instructed by the consultants. Apparently my details is not updated on the system but i have been a customer of FNB for over 10 years. I ordered a smart device and received it a week ago without having to give any proof of address I am so so sick of FNB and the way you treat customers. The manager Karen was not very keen on assisting me and was adament on not helping me in anyway. I have come to a point where I cant anymore. I am furious and I seriously hope that the manager at tygervalley branch get's fired if you guys do not intend on losing more customers. She has no peoples skills!!! I will sign up with Nedbank or Standard Bank. Surely they do not treat there customers this way. PATHETIC I HATE YOU FNB!!!
