Incomplete info/ sendign cards to wrong branch

I applied for a credit cards ref : 101301230730047716 . It got approved. So I go to collect my card at my local branch as i filled it in on the website application form, but no it got send to another branch took of an 1 hour off work to do this.

So today I went to pick up the card at the other branch had to take off work again, but i reckoned lets get it over and done with. Get to the branch provide them with my ID, Proof of residence and payslip. Then I get told they cant take my payslip as it doenst have a company stamp on it, but not in any off the communication from absa does it state it needs a company stamp and its the original I get every month.

Then I wanted to give my 60 days notice on my 90/10 account to make X amount available to me. Then I get told that this will put my account under R50 000 and then I need to close my account with absa, but I know for a fact that the account was under R50 000 a few months ago.

I have been banking with absa for over 15 years and now I am not sure if I want to anymore. Even your own employees seem to think you have bad customer service. This should be a sign
