Lack of Progress on Vehicle Damage Claim

A Debit Order for my Vehicle Insurance has been active for 5Yrs with Dial Direct. No claims in this period, however 1 week into a claim 04 February 2013, I was informed by the Insurance Consultant that due to my payment not already been visible in their data base sysytem for the month of February 2013, they will stop further assessment damage to my vehicle and it will be continue once payment was made on 15 February 2013. The Debit Order was arranged for this date as a result of me being in the Defence Force and salaries & money issues are payed on that specific date.

My vehicle has been lying Dorment in The (Stikland) Salvage Assessemnt Centre in Cape Town since 08 February 2013 with no progress on any repair work what so ever. This issue is strange considering that a payment on whatever date in the month runs to the following month on that specific date, or i.e. 01/?? /?? to 30 or 31/?? /?? of that month and so on. In my opinion I feel that this kind of policy and unfair treatment to a loyal customer over 5Yrs without missing payments etc is just unacceptable.
