I have booked, on the confirmation from Dial Direct Insurance, my vehicle in on the 4th OF FEBRUARY 2013 it is now the 16th of MAY 2013 for hail damage repairs!!! This is the most useless bunch I have ever in my life come across... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO SILVERSTAR AUTOBODY!!! Does Dial Direct not care that their service provider is costing them money and that it is damaging to their - Dial Direct's reputation??? Nearly FOUR months to repair hail damage!!! Not that I expect a response from Silverstar or Dial Direct...
