DECLINE REPAIRIG MY VEHICLE

I HAVE A TOUCH PLAN / POLICY WITH DIAL DIRECT FOR SMALL SCRATCHED AND DENTS TO THE VALUE OF R3000 PER INCIDENT AND I CAN CLAIM AS MUCH AS I WANT. I SCRATCHED MY VEHICLE 4 TIMES LAST MONTH ON DIFFERENT DAYS / INCIDENTS. I THEN LODGED A CLAIM LAST WEEK WEDNESDAY FOR ALL THE SCRATCHES. I WAS ORDERED TO TAKE MY CAR FOR AN ASSESSMENT AND THE REPAIR VALUE CAME TO R 8000. THEY THEN REJECTED MY CLAIM REASON BEING THE REPAIR COSTS IS IN EXCESS OF THE MAXIMUM BENEFIT VALUE. I THEN EXPLAINED TO DIAL DIRECT THAT THESE WHERE 4 DIFFERENT INCIDENTS AND THEY SAID TO BE THAT I HAD TO REGISTER A CLAIM FOR EVERY INCIDENT. I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT I WAS NOT AWARE OF THAT AS THEY NEVER SENT ME THE POLICY DOCUMENT EXPLAINING THOSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. AFTER HAVING EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT I WAS NEVER AWARE OF THAT THEY SUBSEQUENTLY APPROVED THE REPAIR FOR ONE DAMAGE AND PUT THE DISCLAIMER THAT THE OTHER 3 SCRATCHES WILL BE NOTED AS PREEXISTING DAMAGES WHICH IS NOT. WHEN I TOOK THE POLICY LAST YEAR IN APRIL THE CAR WAS TAKEN IN FOR ASSESSMENT AND THERE WHERE NO DAMAGES ON THE VEHICLE. I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND WHY THEY CANNOT REPAIR MY VEHICLE AS THE REPAIR COST IS LESS THAN THE MAXIMUM BENEFIT FOR 4 INCIDENTS
