Since November 2012 I have been trying to arrange for a switch from vitality to multiply. I haven't had any luck since then. I received bad service from the multiply team and the virgin active call centers. I have been sent from pillar to post by these 2 call centers. Till today, my gym subscription hasn't been altered and I haven't received my refund as promised by these call centres
