Nedbank has failed to explain why they did not notify me when my account was overdrawn as a result of a debit order, and yet they did so on several occassions when my account was in credit.
I assume that they did not notify me because they want to charge me overdraft fees (which they have done) If they had notified as they do in other instances, i would have deposited money in my account instantly.
I have registered my complaint with Nedbank Northgate (Joanna), two weeks ago, up to now, i have not had a response.
I would like them to reverse the charges and notify me if my account is overdrawn in future because i pay for e E-notes
