We submitted a claim on 14.03.2013 regarding car accident. Eventually dial direct arranged for the vehicle to be assessed and then we were assigned a repair date which was to be 4 and a half months later!!! our new bmw convertible cannot be driven and is sitting in our driveway spewing oil ever since then! We made a formal complaint with dial direct and were immediately contacted and told to phone a third party number and arrange our own booking date to no avail! The operator on the other line could only confirm the assigned date and informed us to just wait our turn as they are too busy at the moment. The car is booked for 30 JULY 2013...
