Bad service from Nedbank personal loan division

I have a personal loan with nedbank which i have taken out some time ago in 2010, then in 2012 i skipped a few payments and i made an arrangement that they take the initial instalment plus R500 more which was to cover for my arrears. This year on the month of January they too from my account 2 instalments amounting to R1961 X 2 plus two R500. I then phoned the personal loan division to alert them that i did not at any stage arrange that they take 4 instalments, they then told me its a systems error that if i want they will then return the two instalments which means R1961 and R500 within 48 hours.

They then returned R1961 and did not return R500 i am not too sure why the R500 is still not returned into my account.

I then called again on friday 31/01/2014 and a lady that i spoke to told me that she has put in a request to return my R500 and it will be returned within 48 hours, today is wednesday 05/02/2014 that R500 is still not returned.

Bad service from nedbank personal loan division, they must apologize and pay back R500 in my account.
