Nedbank did it again

I have two loans with this bank which both have arears on them. I entered into an arrangement to pay this by allowing them to debit more than the instalment. Early this month I knew that I would not be able to afford paying the extra money so I called them with the request that they don't take more than the instalment only for this month. They agreed that this month they will only take the instalment.
The first amount was debited correctly for the one loan, Which is R945.15 on the 23rd of this month, a second one went off with Two amounts of R255.83 x 2 = R511.66 which is the instalment of the second loan. Now this is how the agreement should be and these guys are not supposed to take anymore, right? Well Peter they did not stop there:
They took another amount two days later, R458.60, when I enquired about it the agent, Augustine Mokale, told me that since July my new instalment for the second loan had been reduced and was in fact R458.60, which is not true.
I am kindly requesting NEDBANK to refund me the money they took without authorisation please.
