I know my words will not convince people to switch banks, but I just want to say how glad I am that I chose FNB.
In my 7 years of being a FNB customer I have not had one reason to complain about anything.
When someone cloned my card and withdrew my money, they repaid me the lost money without a fuss. I am always made to feel special at any branch, even though i am not one of the more exclusive account holders.
I have an awesome phone purchased via FNB. I enjoy my free ADSL data FNB gives me, and I enjoy spending my ebucks on things I like. FNB have always been there to help me out in good and bad times. I will never bank anywhere else.
