Dear Capitec
We are expressing problems with withdrawal of money in volksrust I have been with the bank for a while now and every month I have a problem getting money from the atm. The lines are long and I mean long reason for this is Shoprite is right next to capitec bank and the sassa pension withdrawals also take place there with ONLY ONE atm. There is no one to assist and there are people just pushing in all the time it looks so unprofessional like a low class bank. Really at all the other banks there is someone who assists the sassa card holders and there are separate rows so that the capitec clients because they bank with capitec have the privlige of withdrawing money first. And the four persons from the front there is no money in the bank. I don't like going to other banks I have a bank.
